What Should I Do if They Approach Me?

Protect Yourself

By Rabbi Chaim Muskat

If they come to your apartment treat them the same way you would treat someone trying to sell crack, heroine or any other dangerous substance (what they’re selling is a lot more dangerous!) Ask them politely to leave - and remember that you can call the police for trespassing if neccesary. Make sure that your kids don’t even begin to speak to them. Don’t try to convince them or talk to them because you are wasting your time and opening yourself up to abuse.
If someone attempts to fairly and intelligently communicate to you on any topic, we encourage you to listen. Openness and honesty is healthy and good. If a brainwashed robot that is himself ignorant comes over to you to lie, misquote and take out of context – then why waste your time? If a group has a reputation for using cult tactics and fooling people – why open yourself up to abuse by even talking to them?

Never try to argue with them. They are programmed to ignore all of your arguments and not to listen. They are brainwashed machines. Just ignore them and walk away to safety.
As soon as they detect that you see how wrong a “proof” is they jump around from topic to topic so they’re impossible to communicate with.
They tell you, "So maybe ½ of my hundred proofs are proven wrong – but I still have 50 proofs left that I’m right. Wrong! 1/2 of zero is zero.
